Nominations are open NOW for the 2027 Thoroughbred Industry Employee Awards, sponsored by Godolphin.

With £128,500 in prize money, the Thoroughbred Industry Employee Awards, sponsored by Godolphin and organised by the British Horseracing Authority celebrate and recognise the remarkable dedication and commitment of those working at the heart of British horseracing and providing the best possible care to our horses and people.

There are six award categories as well as the overall Employee of the Year and over £128,000 in prize money! The final judging phase will take place on Monday 22 February 2027, followed by an evening awards ceremony where the winners and runners up will be revealed.

Last year’s ceremony saw Kieran Kourdache crowned Employee of the Year – taking home a total of £30,000 to be split between himself and his colleagues at Karl Burke Racing.
