With £128,500 in prize money, the Thoroughbred Industry Employee Awards, sponsored by Godolphin and organised by the British Horseracing Authority celebrate and recognise the remarkable dedication and commitment of those working at the heart of British Horseracing.  These hard-working employees provide the best possible care to our horses and people.

Nominations have now closed for the 2026 awards, with judging underway ahead of the ceremony at Ascot Racecourse on Monday 23 February 2026.

There are six different awards to be won on the night, as well as the overall Employee of the Year award. We can’t wait to celebrate the very best of British racing and breeding.
